1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using the Service in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published by Multi-Tenant ("we" or "us") from time to time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you violate any term of these Terms.
3. Organizations and User Roles
The Service allows you to create and manage organizations and invite users with different roles and permissions. As an organization owner or administrator, you are responsible for:
- Managing user access and permissions within your organization
- Ensuring that all users comply with these Terms
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your organization's data
- Properly configuring and using the Service's security features, including two-factor authentication
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee is due and payable. You must provide us with a valid credit card or other payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis based on your selected plan. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused time with an active subscription.

- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service

- Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Multi-Tenant and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service. By making any content available through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, and display such content.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Multi-Tenant. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Multi-Tenant, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Multi-Tenant does not warrant that (i) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Multi-Tenant and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use and access of the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
